Help, tickets & ideas

OmniTrack can include Help (support tickets) and Ideas (feature requests and voting). Labels and exact placement depend on your role and what your organisation enabled.

Help & tickets

Use Help when something is broken or blocked, for example:

  • You cannot sign in after trying reset steps from Account & security.
  • Data looks wrong (wrong child on wrong route, missing stop).
  • The app crashes or shows repeated errors.

Tips for faster resolution

  • Describe what you tried and what you expected vs what happened.
  • Include approximate time and, if relevant, route or vehicle names your organisation uses (no passwords).

Ideas & votes

Use Ideas when you want to suggest an improvement or vote on suggestions from others.

  • Search first — someone may already have proposed the same thing; voting raises priority.
  • One clear title and a short explanation helps product teams and operators triage requests.

GitHub export (optional)

Some organisations export selected tickets or ideas to GitHub for their development workflow. That is an administrator action; as an end user you normally stay inside the app.

Categories

Support forms may ask you to pick a category (for example IT, routes, account access). Choose the closest match; staff can reclassify if needed.
