Account safety
See Account & security for passwords, signing out, and protecting your account. Never share passwords or verification codes with anyone who claims to be “support” outside your official school or operator channel.

Relation to technical documentation
The same documentation site also hosts technical reference (platform architecture, telematics, deployment patterns). Those sections are aimed at developers and operators and intentionally avoid secrets such as production passwords, API tokens, or private keys. If you only need day-to-day product help, you can stay in the User guide section.

Use the in-app Help or Ideas areas (see Help, tickets & ideas) so your school or operator can track the request. This public manual is updated when product behaviour changes.
